By proceeding with the subscription to yearly family online doctor consultation package or individual online doctor consultation with Red Sun Healthcare, you hereby acknowledge and agree that:

1. You are voluntarily seeking a telemedicine consultation through the Red Sun Healthcare tech platform.

2. You understand that teleconsultation involves interaction with a registered medical practitioner doctor via video, audio or text.

3. You consent to the doctor providing medical advice, prescription, or follow-up based on the information and symptoms you share.

4. You understand that:

The doctor’s advice is based on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

5. The doctor may advise in-person consultation or physical examination and reject the online consultation based on the severity of the health condition.

6. The doctor may also refer to an online specialized M.D doctor consultation at an additional consultation fee.

7. Teleconsultation is not a substitute for emergency or in-person medical care.

8.  Red Sun Healthcare clearly operates as a healthcare technology intermediary between patient and the independent freelance doctor.

9. Red Sun Healthcare provides the infrastructure (app, website, video, payment, records, etc.)

10.  All our doctors are registered with the NMC/State Medical Council. Doctors independently consult patients and Red Sun Healthcare does not interfere in medical decisions.  Medical advice is provided solely by the consulting doctor.

11. Limitation of Liability : 

Red Sun Healthcare shall not be liable for :

a. Any medical negligence or error by a consulting doctor.

b. any loss, injury or damage arising out of the use of our platform.

c. any unauthorized access to patient data due to factors beyond reasonable control of Red Sun Healthcare.

12. In case of an emergency or life-threatening situation, kindly contact or visit your nearest hospital or dial health emergency number without any delay in time as Red Sun Healthcare will not provide online consultation for such cases.

13. We do not guarantee the accuracy or positive outcome of any online doctor consultation as its not a replacement for hospital.

14. Red Sun Healthcare does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescribe medicines or treatment. Online doctor consultations are done by the independent registered medical practitioner doctors registered with NMC or State medical council. Hence Red Sun Healthcare cannot be held responsible for any outcomes.

15. Red Sun Healthcare has the authority to cancel your subscription and the online consultation incase of misbehavior or rude behavior with the doctor or calling  without any health issue but just for prank or fun without any refund.

16. You authorize the collection, use, and secure storage of your personal health information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

17. We believe that you have fully read the disclaimer and provide your explicit consent to proceed ahead and agree to the above disclaimer before taking the yearly subscription or a free or a paid online consultation with Red Sun Healthcare.
